To me, Eva Mendes was the best dressed at the Globes this year, and what I loved most was the simplicity of the dress with the awesome statement necklace by Van Cleef & Arpel. While I can only dream of such a piece, I did find a beautiful piece by Sheila Fajl that is a little more in my price range. $158. Available at Polkadots & Moonbeams
