The MICHAEL line has his high-fashion looks with an affordable price tag!  This handkerchief tank is so crisp and clean in black and white with a gorgeous cobalt blue trim. This is another great top that can be paired with white jeans. I would even add the the most recent Target shoe I highlighted for a complete ensemble!
